WHY INNOVET IS DIFFERENT
Our Philosophy—Committed to Quality, Committed to Veterans
Our primary goal is to provide our customers with quality service at competitive prices, but we have another goal you can help us with.
Innovet's goal is to employ as many qualified veterans as possible. We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Our owner, Charlie McCarty, is a combat-disabled veteran of the Vietnam War. After returning home from the war as a decorated Marine, it took years for Charlie to find his niche as an electrician and trade school instructor. He wants the veterans returning home today to have an easier road than he had. Unfortunately, veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan are unemployed at a rate approximately double the national rate.
Our contracting customers want and deserve highly trained professionals working on their project. Innovet responds by being an active participant in helping veterans receive the necessary training to become qualified electricians. To that end, we have partnered with American Trade School in St. Louis. American Trade School is a Department of Veterans Affairs approved education program.
Our supply chain customers choose Innovet because they know they will receive a quality product, and at the same time make the difference in the lives of returning veterans. This commitment is what sets Innovet apart from the many other service-disabled veteran-owned businesses.
You can help us provide jobs for our veterans by choosing Innovet. As our business grows and we hire new employees, we are committed to employing qualified veterans.
