Missouri's SDVE – Law Highlights

2010 – Missouri's House and Senate unanimously passed, and Governor Nixon signed, legislation setting a 3% spend goal with Missouri's SDVE businesses. RSMo 34.074

2011 – The Missouri Office of Administration writes regulations to implement the SDVE program.

December 1, 2011 – Implementation date of SDVE regulations.
